Apple Streusel Pizza (Submitted by Christie W- Tampa, FL)
I recently got a message from Christie who wrote, "This recipe is soooo good." How can I ignore that, especially when she's talking about a sweet treat featuring Apples.... in the form of a Pizza?!? Like any good person should do, she did not take credit for inventing this dish (it's actually one from Publix Apron's Simple Meals), but she did divulge how delicious it was when she made her very own Apple Streusel Pizza. The simplicity behind it makes it a tempting recipe, which I will definitely be trying at some point in time, but I gotta save up some calories before I can do that! I'm sure it's worth every one of them though.

Meatloaf Cupcakes (Submitted by Samantha P.)
I just love when fans get busy in the kitchen and make something yummy and share it with me. Samantha P. from Charlotte, NC has submitted these adorable and scrumptous Meatloaf Cupcakes. I'm excited to give them a go and hope you will be too!
This Meatloaf Cupcake Recipe was inspired by seeing this bakery, The Meatloaf Bakery, on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. I am on a special diet so substitutions were made for some of the ingredients, which I've listed, and they still came out delicious!
Panko Encrusted Trout (Submitted by Michael F. -California)
The first "fan submitted recipe" comes from Michael F. (Los Angeles, CA) and it's near and dear to my heart, featuring Steelhead Trout as the star. Its "wardrobe" of garlic, Old Bay, and panko is sure to make this talented fish an A-list Celeb. Thanks Michael- can't wait to give this Panko Encrusted Trout a try!

Tailgate Wings (submitted by Mark F.)
Another "Fan Recipe" has been submitted and I am so excited because it is an awesome one. I have been lucky enough to eat these wings multiple times and they are 100% Flavor Appraiser approved! The marinade Mark uses along with his barbecuing skills pair up to make some damn good chicken wings. These wings are actually grilled and are not fried at anytime (unlike the ones that many wing joints pass off as "grilled"). They are so amazing that it's a good thing Mark and his wife Jamie are good friends of ours and I don't have to feel ashamed of the heaping pile of bones left in front of me. These are perfect for tailgating, watching the game at home, and cook outs.
